Part of the beauty of Western media is that cultural and socio-political propaganda is so ingrained that we don't even notice how it dictates the images and words we use to describe those that we consider outsiders to our mentality.
Because Judeo-Christian social philosophy has overwhelmed the arena of free thought and action (despite or because of the innate freedom those philosophies espouse) in the West, morality completely dominates the assessment of all events.
In this particular case, Moqtada al-Sadr takes the blame for acting on the EXACT same motivations that are driving the Democrats in Congress, the majority of the populations of both the US and the UK, and the apparent strategy of the Iraqi Parliament itself: Get the FUCK OUT!
Ironically, the Bush administration doesn't listen to (much less act on) diplomacy, popular sentiment, rationality/cost-benefit ratios, OR bombing.
